Delivery fees are calculated based on your shipping area and product category (bulky items like fridges have higher rates). These are shown during checkout.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect the appliance upon delivery before accepting it.
If the product has a functional defect upon installation, we offer an immediate replacement or repair.
Due to the deep discounts offered, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or minor cosmetic marks that were disclosed at the time of purchase.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted.
